Using LifePeaks as a Payment Method on the Cash Register

When a guest wants to pay with a LifePeaks gift card, you should do the following:

1. Enter the desired products on the cash register.
2. Then press the "LifePeaks Payment" button, which is either located on the Home screen or under Functions.
   
   
3. Scan the gift card if a scanner is connected, otherwise enter it manually using the keyboard on the screen.
   Once the card is scanned or entered, you can immediately see the balance on the gift card.
4. Then press 'Pay', and the amount will be deducted from the gift card's balance, and a receipt will be printed via the receipt printer.

Partial Payment with LifePeaks Gift Card on the Cash Register

If a guest can only partially pay their order with a LifePeaks gift card, you can make a partial payment in the following way:

1. Enter the desired products on the cash register.
   
   
2. Make a normal payment with the LifePeaks gift card as described in the previous section.
   
   
3. Press 'Pay', after which you will be redirected to the split payment module, where you can receive the remaining payment.
   
   
4. The system now asks if you would like to send an email with a gift card containing the remaining balance

Balance Check on LifePeaks Gift Cards

If you just want to check the balance of a LifePeaks gift card, it is done in the following way.

1. Press the 'LifePeaks Menu' button, which is located on the Home screen or under Functions.
2. Scan the gift card if a scanner is connected, otherwise enter it manually using the keyboard on the screen.
   
   
3. The balance on the card will then be displayed on the screen.
   
   
4. The system now asks if you would like to send an email with a gift card containing the remaining balance.

Handheld terminal

Using LifePeaks as a Payment Method on a Mobile Cash Register

1. Enter the desired products on your mobile cash register .
   
   
2. Press 'Pay' and then select 'Life Peaks' as the payment method.
   
   
3. Enter or scan the card number of the gift card.
   
   
4. Approve the payment.

Partial Payment with LifePeaks Gift Card on Mobile Cash Register

1. Enter the desired products on your mobile cash register.
   
   
2. Press 'Pay' and then select 'Life Peaks' as the payment method.
   
   
3. If the balance on the gift card does not cover the total expense, you will be asked how you wish to receive the remaining amount.
   
   
4. The system now asks if you would like to send an email with a gift card containing the remaining balance.

Balance Check on LifePeaks Gift Cards 

1. Open 'Life Peaks Balance Check' from the menu.
   
   
2. Scan or enter the card number of the gift card.
   
   
3. Press 'Search', after which the balance will be presented.
   
   
4. The system now asks if you would like to send an email with a gift card containing the remaining balance.
